Please help. Alibaba Trade?

okay, so i ordered an ipod touch from this website called alibaba.com. its like a trading company. but after i sent my money and everything in, my friend told me this net is just like ebay. so theres a chance they may not ship in my item. incase i dont recieve my item, what do i do? i mean i do have the company' number and everything. and also, they told me they were gonna ship it today, i asked the lady for the time and she said its 00:46 there..is that a time?? like im very scared right now that she might not ship in my ipod.

Alibaba is a major company listed on Nasdaq and part owned by Yahoo or Google. It is business to business, nothing like Ebay. You would think they have a vested interest in seeing that their subscribers are above board. As someone spoke to uou on the 'phone that would also seem a good sign. You can't normally contact crooks!

Calm down and wait. 00:43 is a time. It means its 43 minutes past midnight, so early morning where-ever the lady is. So, like I said, give them a chance - 7 days minimum. If it's still not come, THEN make an inquiry.

I really suggest that you take the company's name you dealt with and go to the community tab and run a search on them. I'm sorry to say that this is not a rare occasion when people deal with vendors on alibaba, be very careful! also I really really hope you didn't send your money through t/t, western union or money gram. If you did, and you don't get your product, you are virtually s.o.l. I really hop your ipod gets sent to you, but also know that a lot of knock-offs are also being sent through alibaba too.
