Please help? Can you become an Anesthesiologist if you already CRNA?

i want to become an Anesthesiologist but im get my certificate register nurse anesthesia (CRNA). I would like to know after that can i become an Anesthesiologist

  1. You sure can. You'll just need to take the MCAT, apply to and be accepted into medical school, and then complete 4 years of residency.

    If you start NOW, you're looking at 9 years (minimum) until you're an anesthesiologist.

    Even as a CRNA (or any other advanced practice nurse), you're no closer to being a doctor than any other college graduate.
