Please help. Does anyone know this song?

I keep hearing this really good song on the radio but ever time I hear it, the person NEVER says who sings and the title if it! So if you recognize these lyrics and know this song, please let me know!

"I, never though that I, had any more to give..." and then I know this part too "Drink, to all that we have lost, all the mistakes we have made..."

That's all I know. Sorry if that isn't enough but I really want to know this song! So thanks for the help in advanced :-)
