Well I am trying to log in to my K12 account. For some odd reason, it won't let me. This is the message that appears in red on the login page::

k12.util.SystemException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorExceptio... PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPa... unable to find valid certification path to requested target

What is wrong?? It is 11:51 so i can't call customer support. My mom's account logs in when I try to go to it but not mine..why???

  1. looks like a php validate script or ASP script messed up.

    I would call Support in the morning.

I'm in my account just fine.  I tried my son's account also, and it's fine.  They may have done some maintenance to the OLS overnight.  If your browser isn't set up to refresh pages automatically, you may have to clear your cookies and cache manually and then try again.  Your mom's pc may be set up to refresh, as are mine and my son's pc's.

    So close your browser, open it back up, clear your cache & cookies, and try to log in again.

    As FYI, here's the direct log in link w/o having to go through K12.com or your virtual school:
