Rougly, 'what do do you think of doing later in your life?' which I see as 'What do you plan to do in life?'

Eg. career, ambitions, etc.

First: I wouldn't translate word for word, I'd say:

"What do you see yourself doing later on?"

And the second: "What kind of work do you hate?
