  1. The endocrine system releases hormones into the blood (the circulatory system) which carries them through the body to act on target receptor cells.  Most hormone release is controlled by the hypothalamus in the brain activated by negative and positive feedback systems.


  2. your hormones are controlled by the pertuaty gland which is based under your brain its the size of a pea but it workings are brilliant ,but sometimes your body produces too much of one of the hormones,there are things you can take for hormonal inbalances but some haven't got a remidy/cure for this I DO know has I myself have a hormone problem which hasn't got a cure yet, most times they are down to having cysts on your ovaries,also your adrenal gland has alot to do with hormones and last but not least the most common one is diabetes,if you have anything else you want an answer over this topic or suffer with a condition ,please don't hesitate to get in touch with me ,I hope this has helped you with your question.Thanks
