Please help! How do I delete videos off of my Handycam DCR-HC28?

How do I delete videos off of it? Step by step for someone with not a lot of experience with video cameras please! Thanks

See the thing is your camcorder is a Handycam mean you use a MiviDv tape the tape can be used again and again by not deleting it, by going to the beginning of the tape and start recording when you want to record something, but you need to make a DVD before you do this or the movie you made before will get deleted!

if you just want to get rid of everything on the tape, rewind to the beginning, keep the lens cap on and press record.
