Please help... How do I recover?

Question

All of my program files.

My computer got the the XP Antivirus 2008 and It removed all of my program files. I got the XP Antivirus 2008 removed from my computer and I have done system scans and it says that I have removed all of the viruses.

I just need to know how to recover all of my program files.

Please help!!!!!! I need this computer to run.

It may need ur system restore previous point of antivirus install

Steps of system restore is

Start > Program > Accessories > System tools > system restore

Thiss XP Anvitvirus 2008 is a total pain. If you can, go into your comp in Safe Mode and run to legitimate Antivirus program, e.g.  AVG Free Edition. You should do a System Restore before doing this.

you could just use system restore to get your programs back you can find this in accessories and then in system tools.
