i live in michigan.

my times are...

200 - 28.7

100 - 13.9

they're putting me in the 200, 4x200, and 4x100

I'M A FRESHMEN GAaaHhh

and i'm scared shitless

dude

i get scared at regular track meets

i'm gonna pass out on the starting blocks!

what can i do to calm down?

are these times good enough to do even a little good?

to much faith in me

they think i'm the best thing since sliced bread!

they want me to get at least 8th place in the 200

but seriously yeah right!

  1. dont ask the same question twice. alot of people can get mad at that


  2. im a freshman also but all u have to do is talk to your friends before the race and tell jokes and laugh to get u relaxed and then when u get to the blocks dont look at the competition unless u say good luck to them and think of funny things to keep u relaxed. cuz your a freshman it might take the seoson to get over it but for me i love to run so i dont get nervous unless im at finals which was only a little scary
