Please help I'm addicted to RuneScape, what should I do??

Question

1st ide like 2 say im not only addicted 2 RS im addicted mainly, to playing on the comp 4 example yesterday i played 4 7 hours 5 hours straight but on the comp i mainly play RS.

Im really scared i wont be able 2 do my work because 4 example when i try 2 work i do like 10% and say like oh i'm almost done im goina just take a little brake on the comp, i can finish this later or sometimes i just do so really crappy work really quick and go play like the last powerpoint i did was like 7 slides with 20 words of text and mainly pics.

And probably now when i go to scool at the beggining of the year ill just be thinking "cmon eeeeend" and just be thinking about coming home 2 comp.

What should i do plss help!
