Please help I'm stressed?

ok so every day I am so stressed out about school. I have a test tomorrow and I am so stressed out I am going crazy. Please help me fell better.

  1. so just study for it and relax because if you're tense then you'll forget things you know

    just look over your notes and don't try and learn it all at once

    but geez, i don't even start school until Thursday


  2. WAAAAH, Im stressed because I have a test tomorrow at school, WAAAAAAH!!! you want to trade me?? I have a 3400 dollar a month mortgage to pay, 1200 in vehicle payments per month, 184 dollars a month car insurance, and 900 a month property taxes per month as well, along with paying for my 2 kids to go to school, feeding them and my wife and myself, paying for gas for my truck and my wifes car, paying for my son to play traveling ice hockey along with other bills...so please, spare your "going crazy" stuff....you have alot to learn about life..it only gets harder as you get older....enjoy your school time while you have it and do the best you can to get the best advantages for college and other things...there is a reason your parents and teachers tell you to do your best in school, that reason is because the "real world" out of school is much much more competetive and you don't have mom and dad to fall back on in real life...it's survival of the fittest....Im not trying to be mean to you, just give you a gentle reality check....school should be the best time of your life and also the time that you take it very seriously so you can better your future...don't give up...do your best and just give it an honest effort...good luck... and for the record, Im only 33...im not an old f**t lecturing you...good luck...

  4. You're in grade 5... a test in grade 5 isn't going to ruin your entire life, even if you totally bomb (I know it feels that major, but it isn't--I've been there, and I've failed exams because I've stayed up all night panicking).

    Try looking at it this way: what can you possibly learn if you sit there and panic--nothing is going to stick in your memory if all you focus on is being freaked out and worried, so by stressing out, you're only making it worse. Just calm down and get a good night's sleep before your tests--I tried that for my exams last year, and my GPA turned out to be a 3.9, so relaxing works!

    I'm sure you know your stuff well enough, and if you don't just chill out for tonight and study harder for the next test. Stressing will do you more harm than good.

  6. Don't drive yourself crazy. Just make sure you are prepared and I promise you'll be OK.

    Ideas to get rid of your stress:

    Study extra hard

    Talk to your parents

    Take a long quiet walk

    Listen to some music

    Watch some TV

    Get a good nights sleep

    Eat breakfast tomorrow

    You'll do fine

  7. You can relieve stress by doing a fun activity tonight before or after you study.

    You could also exercise, watch a comedy, take nice and deep breathes, get a massage, take a warm shower, talk to a friend, anything you like that takes your mind off the stress.

    This will help relieve the stress you have procured.
