Please help....I am being harassed at work?

Hello....a guy at work who moved to our section recently (after he was allowed to leave the previous section, a call centre after 3 months....and it is very rare to be released from the call centre until you have done 12 months so we knew something was up with him) he just stares at me and walks up behind me and i say 'yes can I help you' and he says 'no' then slowly walks off....he always interrupts peoples conversations...he said to me once 'Nat it is so funny for me how you are so gullible' I said 'it isnt fun for me thanks' he said it is for me.....then he keeps saying 'when are you leaving Nat when are you leaving...because I had an interview for promotion and he assumes if i get it i will have to move to another section' then we went for drinks some of us girls on Friday after work and he came up to me and sarcastically whispered 'thanks SO much for inviting me to drinks you really know how to make me feel part of a team' i said i didn't invite anyone' and he said you all invited each other...then angrily walked off...I want to complain about him is it ok if on Monday I say to him you harassed me out of the workplace and make me uncomfortable please do not talk to me unless you have a work related question....?

The next time he bothers you, tell him you have a brother in organized crime who is going to send some people to rip his balls off if he doesn't stop harrassing you and your friends. Show him a picture of some scary looking dude who looks like he could be your brother...then say, "All I have to do is say the word and this face will be the last image you'll ever see". Then get rid of the picture and deny to anyone else that the conversation ever took place.

I guarantee he will leave you alone!

maybe he hates you though

anyway, before you start calling it harrassment, just ask him what his deal is..if it continues, then complain

and i don't get that last part ' please do not talk to me unless you have a work related question....'

the guy is a weirdo,that's for sure,i suggest you keep an eye on this clown,and try to avoid being on your own with him,i dont even know you or him but i would gladly beat this guy up for free,anyway ignore this fool and get it on record that your weary of this man.
