Please help! I am trying to gain weight, how much do you think I should lift?

I am trying to gain weight i weigh about 130 pound 5"10 and I have been running doing squats lunges but, I want to step it up a notch. How much do you think I should bench and how many lift squaring and any other exercising routine that might work for me.

  1. Dude try benching as much weight as you can handle, 10 reps, then lower the weight slightly for 2 or 3 more sets. Eat lots of protein.
