Please help!! I got paint on two of my husbands shirts. I immediately put them in water but what now?

Can I get it out? He is going to be very upset with me, these are two of his favorite dress work shirts.

I was painting the closet and slipped a little and the brush hit the sleeves on these two shirts.

If it's latex paint, relax. Put a little Shout stick on it before launderinhg and wash as usual. Should come right out. If it was oil paint, depending on the fabric, you might be able to put some highly diluted paint thinner on it, or tqke it to a dry cleaner instead. But if you're like most people, and use an acryllic latex, you should have no worries.

Some people say Hairspray works and Alchohol others say Coke a Cola...Like you put it in the wash with soap and dump a can of coke in there and it sopposable worksss idkk, you can try it. Hope this helps :)

If you use a pre-spotter like Shout, put that on and rub it in well with a small brush or toothbrush and then wash the shirts and see what happens.  You may have to wash them a couple of times, pre-spotting each time.  Since you just did it and the paint is very fresh, you should have no problems getting the paint out of shirts.  Just remember, once you dry the shirts, the paint will be set in and will never come out!  So make sure that the paint is totally out before drying.
