Please help. I live in riverside county, I am in the process of filing for divorce, its been about 7 months?

since we seperated, we have no children and no joint materials. We both agree we want no lawyers. Is it possible to not go to court at all? I was told you can file for something called summary of divorce. I have no time to go but if needed I can. Also if there is no lawyer fee what about other costs for the process?

I did it for about $500, which was just the filing fees.  call a paralegal...   they can draw up the paperwork, as long as you are both in agreement it goes really smooth, but in California it still takes 6 months after filing for the divorce to be finalized
