The Nokia n81 is the perfect phone for you it cost around $300 and it has 8gb internal memory a decent 2mp camera it also has WIFI included with the phone and it has 3g , bluetooth, music player and many more

sony ericsson w760i.  u can get it unlcoked for 350$.

has fm radio.

has 3.2 megapixel camera.

its 3G

has bluetooth

has walkman (music player)

has accelerometer
