Please help I need ideas for my website?

Ok, my website is weatherbycody.tk

The traffic to my site is at a standstill and I have relaized that jsut weather won't cut it since you can go to weather.com and get your forecast easily. So I need your help.

What can I add to my website to make it stand out from other weather websites? And I want to keep it weather related. Please help, thanks! :)

Apart from your domain name which you include in your <title>, where's the rest of your SEO metatags in order to allow proper indexing and ranking of your website.  Or is your domain name a major "brand?"
