I know there names and there town

Try this website: www.goldenpages.ie and click on the Eircome phone book. If they have a telephone listing, it will be there unless it's ex-directory.

look up the irish phone book

Not really unfortunately.  Best bet is try the phone books as suggested.  If you know the name of the area they are from try google but otherwise I don't know.
