i want to loose 35 ponds by september 2nd! I also want to loose weight in my:

Thighs, upper leg, arms,butt ,and face fat

IF YOU COULD HELP THAT WOULD BE GREAT

    10 pounds is even hard to do, but 35 no way

    do you want to so you look better for school?

There is no healthy way to lose that amount of weight by sept 2.  You could MAYBE lose 10 lbs, depending on how overweight you are now.  I suggest to cut your caloric intake to 1400 calories per day, and get vigorous exercise at least 5 days a week for at least an hour to hour and a half.  6 days would be ideal since you are wanting to lose 35 pounds, but sorry, impossible to do by 9/2/08

  3. wow thats only 2 full weeks away.

    I lost around 40 pounds last summer and reached my goal weight but it took me all summer long- 3 months.  

    To loose alot of weight super fast drink alot of digestive tea all day long, east mostly  fruit and veggies.  my whole diet for that summer was fruit in the morning, kidney bean salad for lunch and broccoli and other veggies for dinner and maybe fish and some pasta.  Also you should workout every other day but since you have a short amount of time try every day. Take a short walk in the morning before eating anything and try to get your heart beating fast or even break a sweat. Do 30 leg ups on each leg. 4 sets of 20 sit ups and lifting weights.  And try to go to a gym. And do 20 min on different machines.
