  1. multiply

    800

    x    3

    -------

    2400

  2. 2400

  3. Multiply. 80x10 for the amount of pieces for every 2 hour. then times the amount be 3 since when you divide 6 by 2 it's 3. The answers is A.

  4. The answer is A. If the candy maker can make 80 boxes in 2 hours, then that means that in one hour he can make 40 boxes. Multiply 40 by the number of hours he will be working which is 6 and you get 240. That is how many boxes he will be able to make. Now each box has 10 pieces of candy so you will multiply the 240 boxes times 10 and get your answer... 2400. Hope that helps.

  5. Answer: A.2400

    multiply 80 times 3 and get 240

then multiply 240 by 10 and get your answer. try it.

Its easy you should figure this out soon.

  6. in 2 hours, 80 boxes with 10 pieces of candy each can be made. in total, you have 800 pieces of candy in 2 hours (10 x 80).

you can assume that every 2 hours, you will have 800 pieces of candy. if you divide 6 by 2 you will get 3. that means in 6  hours, you can produce 3 batches of candy. 3 x 800 = 2400. the answer is A

  7. 80 x 10 = 800

So she make 800 peices in 2 hours.

You can assume that if she make 800 in 2 hours, she makes 400 in 1 hour.

    400 x 6 = 2400
