Please help!!! Microsoft?

Hi, I just installed Microsoft office, but my other Word documents won't identify on it...what should i do?

Any version that is previous to Microsoft Office 2007 will not open any office documents created with Office 2007. So what you'll need to do is download the Microsoft Office Compatibility pack which will enable you to open your 2007 documents.

I'm guessing you had MS Office 2007 before which has *.docx as extentions to Word file names. Now you have installed an older version of office (*.doc) which doesn't recognize the new files.

Install Office 2007
