  1. I am not sure what you are saying because your English is so bad.  But if your mother is harassing someone else, they have a right to file a report and if they have questions they can call the local police department.

I am not sure who you think can help you, it sounds like a personal problem.   I hope this helps, but I am not clear what you are saying.

  2. FILE A REPORT WITH THE POLICE AND GET A ORDER OF PROTECTION. ONCE SHE IS SERVED THE ORDER SHE CANNOT CONTACT YOU IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. TO DO SO EITHER BY PHONE OR THIRD PARTY WOULD SEND HER TO JAIL. SHE ALSO IS NOT ALLOWED TO COME NEAR YOUR HOME , JOB, SCHOOL ETC.EVEN IF YOU INVITE HER. IT WOULD STILL VIOLATE THE ORDER. THEN OFF TO JAIL SHE GOES.

  3. i was in a similar position that you are. my husband and i were constantly harrassed by my daughters father and grandmother. for 3 years they tried everything from reporting us to dhs  to sexual harrassment charges. my advice is (the mistake we made) stop it now. file all charges you can then move and dont tell her anything. the mistake i made was i fought for custody(which made it worse) never fought back or reported them for stalking , the harassing phone calls or attempts of extortion so my advice is nip it in the bud.

  4. Go to the police.  save the messages. Document everything.

  5. You and your boyfriend need to file a report of harassment with your local law enforcement agency.  Then, you may want to file a protection order (no contact order) with the local courthouse when you move out (it may not be granted if you still live with her).  Your boyfriend can file a protection order against her now listing himself and his children as the "victims."

  6. Get a restraining order against her.  You are smart to move and what ever you do don't give her the number under any circumstances.  My sister and brother in-law had to do that to his mother.  She is a kook!
