Please help!! :S?

Question

Hi, in technology we are making F1 cars out of mdf, the thing is, i'm not very good with the machines and i've cut mine jagged and uneven, if i sand it all down will it still look smooth, and good quality? by the way, i'm in year eight (13 years old).

hypersmurf147 my be the best in his class at technology, but he sure ain't at english. i think he'll find you spell wood like this and not(would)!!!!!

I'm not technical minded either, but when I cut mdf, i put a strip of masking tape where I want to cut, use a pencil to draw the line, then I cut on this line, that way it doesn't chip too much and is fairly straight.  Hope that helps

Yeah .. I'm the best in my class at tech and with would especially you can sand it down

Make sure you use a rough sandpaper ot glasspaper first and then start using finer ones to give it a smooth finish
