Please help! Samsung 19'' LCD stand adjustment

Ok we just got a Samsung LCD and it came with the stand attached to it. It told me to press the button on the back of the stand to adjust it but its not moving at all. Do I have to remove screws or something?

Do NOT remove any screws! Just simply fully depress the round, black button at the back of the base's stem and you should be able to adjust the angle of the stand. They are tight and take a bit of force, but they do move once the button is fully depressed.

P.S. Keep the button depressed while attempting to adjust the base angle.
