I'm pretty sure they are all solids. Try searching on google if you or someone else thinks I'm wrong.

Inner Core - latest theories say this is solid, perhaps even a single crystal of (mostly) iron

Outer Crust - definitely solid

Mantle - liquid in the sense that glass is a liquid, though it behaves much like a solid

Outer core - Definitely  Liquid
