Please help! Skin Emergency!?

I have a photoshoot and a modeling audition for the biggest agency in my city next week....and this week my face broke out like crazy! Now little ones I canhandle but I have three cystic pimples on my chin, two have been there probably two weeks...I've been using asprin and Neutorgena masks, washing my face three times a day, benzoy peroxide, Stridex pads, tea tree oil, you name it! It just seems to have made the pimples very very dry, they are not comming to a head or going away at all! Please please tell me what to do! I've drinking water by the loads and still nothing!

The best and natural ways is too buy from inexpensive art supply stores or get regular modelling clay...before going to bed wash your face..( face still wet ) and apply the clay on your whole face...You will look like a martian when the clay dries out....and then rinse the clay off with water and tap dry with a clean towel...repeat this for a whole month...and then you will see the ifference....believe me I started doing this when I was 16 when my friends used to call me pizza face, moon crater face, etc, etc..I think they were more surprise than I when they saw the cahange. There is a 4 step process that I learned. Are you opening the pores before sing the benx perox? That is part of the process, becase  opening the pores llows the BP to get in and kill the bacteria.
