I found the following site which had these 8 listed.  Hope they help you.

Different kinds of business letters:

settling payment---If you pay by check this kind of letter should accompany the check.



confirmation of dispatch---When the goods are ready for dispatch, the seller confirms this by letter, e-mail or fax.

reply to complaint---You regret having given the buyer cause for complaint.



inquiry---You want information from a company.

acknowledgment of order---When you confirm that the order has been received and that it will be executed in accordance with what was stipulated in the order.

reminder---When payments are outstanding, you have to send this kind of letter.



quotation/offer---A reply to an inquiry giving prices and other other information that has been requested.



complaint---The goods did not correspond the expected quality, they arrived too late or were damaged.
