Please help! What should I major in, considering...?

I've always been interested in psychology, but I don't think I'll be able to do much with a Bachelor's in Psychology. So now I am considering becoming a store manager and possibly a district manager for a major retail company. Could I get a Bachelor's in Psychology and still reach my goals as a manager? If you suggest getting a degree in Business Administration instead, what should the emphasis be on? Would majoring in business and minoring in psychology be a good idea for what I want to do? How about vice-versa? Will I have to deal with a lot of math if I major in business? I am not a big fan of math classes. I am going to be a junior in college soon and I must make a decision. I'd greatly appreciate any and all help and input.

  1. My advice is to go into college as "undecided", open to anything. That way, while taking your Gen. Ed requirements, you can see what you like. Make sure you take a wide variety of classes. You might be surprised with what interests you. Good luck.
