Please help! Whats wrong with me?

for the past week or more i have been very sick and dont know whats wrong

im 13 and have my period but have skipped it this month and have also been vomiting and had diarrhea, stomach pains, runny nose and a sore throat

I have hardly eaten and missed a great deal of school

my dads a doctor but is fairly clueless and has not helped with this matter

This happened to me.

I had my first period in May.

I haven't had it again since.

This is natural, you're body is changing and you will keep vomiting more, don't worry it will soon go away.
