Question:

Please help!!...Wondering if I'm depressed??

I guess u could call these my symptoms:

-when the need 4 an emotion comes I can never find it(my fav. grandmom's funeral; didn't cry...just empty)

-sometimes all kinds of emotions come at me at once from all diff. causes (some old, and new)

-find myself just sittin somewhere doing nothing; thinkin about nothing

-I sleep late but when I wake up I feel as though I didn't get as much sleep as I did

-I don't ever want to do anythin outside of my house

-in school and home I have become much quieter

-mild mood swings that come from NOwhere

Well umm sorry I can't think of any more at the moment but I really do appreciate ur opinion!! <3 P.S. Im 15 if that helps maybe if u think it will pass...

  1. It sounds like you might be to  me but I don&#039;t know. You can get help for depresion. Speak to a doctor or a psychologist about how you have been feeling.

You know yourself better then anyone.  It sounds as if you answered your own question with your symptoms.  If you know that things in your own day to day doings have changed and they are not what they should be.  And your emotions are not on par to what you know is regular.  If you have worries about your well being then you have answered your own question and sounds as if you have some type of depression.  I think you know and maybe you just want validation?  Get a medical expert to validate you.  Once you question if you are depressed that is the first step to start in the way getting help.  I am a person who is in counseling and is a person who deals with depression on a daily basis.

    1. Depressed mood

    2. Loss of interest in usual activities

    3. Loss of appetite

    4. Insomnia

    5. Psychomotor retardation (slow thought or movement)

    6. Loss of energy

    7. Feelings of worthlessness and guilt

    8. Diminished ability to think and poor concentration

    9. Suicidal thought or action

  4. take more daily sport/s activities; this will make better your anemia (plus, of course, any anti-anemia medications).

    such activities will give you something to be tired of latter when you have to go to sleep.

    this will be a long term ones to do, but be patience and try hard to make a better life.

    i drink green tea idk why but it helps  i think you should

    im on straterra for adhd and that makes it 10x worse some days i drink up to 9 cups of green tea

      also if its bad ill drink a monster the java ones and ill freak out not like hyper type

    it just helps me get through to day makes an hour seem like 30 minutes but it makes me extremly iratable and anxious

    i have a feeling i will be on drugs someday

    i hope you get better

  9. this happens to teens a lot, it has happen to me a few times now, just look at the good side of life don&#039;t let anything stop you from doing what you like always move forward never stop living. :)

  10. Maybe you are suffering from servere boredom. I think maybe you ave to find some friends and hang out and have fun. I dont think you are depressed. YOu could just be a bold girl.
