Please help a new dad?

My baby is 15 days old, and is having what i can only describe as green nutty poos.... is this normal?

My daughter had them...they were green seedy like, which is normal

Yes its normal. Newborn babies poo is usually green or yellow and seedy. congrats on the new bundle of joy!

Completely normal - welcome to parenthood - it's a whole new world of poo!!! You'll find things coming out of him that you swear never went in, you'll experience every colour of the rainbow, every consistency, every smell, it's lovely :P Generally there is only cause for concern if your baby has been having bad diarroeah for over 3 days, or if your baby seems to be having great trouble pooing or stops pooing all together for longer than a few days (but even if this happens, don't worry, all babies go through it - mines had a weeks worth of horrific diarroeah at one point and a couple of constipation episodes and each time I rushed to the doctor fretting that my baby was dying and was told he was absolutely fine and just to keep him well hydrated and stick it out!). Otherwise, unless your baby appears to be showing signs of illness (high temperature, rash, excessive drowsiness/limpness, excessive vomitting etc.), honestly don't worry about what comes out of his (or her!) bum. Congrats on the newborn!! :-)

She is still a newborn its gonna take a lil bit for her system to get all squared away I would keep an eye on it and unless it makes the baby really grouchy and uncomfortable then I would consult your pedi.  i wouldn't worry about it too much if its not bothering the baby its normal for all the bowels to be weird at first. Good luck dad!

well, yes. notify your doctor at the next visit.  greenish yellow is normal, but nutty im not sure about.
