Please help...buying an MP3 player.?

Question

I'm looking to buy an MP3 player that I can download movies and tv shows from the internet. I also want to be able to copy the DVDs I have onto it. These are my main two reasons for wanting to buy one...not so much for music, but I would like it to have that capability too. Can anyone tell me what brands they recommend and what things I should look for? I do NOT want to buy a small dvd player because I want something that will fit in my pocket.

I'd have to say an iPod. I have an iPod Nano, and I'm really impressed with it. But it really depends how much video you have, because some iPods have more memory capacity than others. The Nano and the Classic are quite comparable, except for the fact that the Nano comes in 4GB (4 hours of video, $150) and 8GB (8 hours of video, $200) and the Classic comes in 80GB (100 hours of video, $250) and 160GB (200 hours of video, $350). Or if you want to browse the internet as well, go for the Touch, which has built-in internet connection! Available in 8GB (10 hours of video, $300), 16GB (20 hours of video, $400) and 32GB (40 hours of video, $500).

I would recommend the iPod Touch 32gb it will be large enough capacity and the interface is amazing I have an 8gb one but its still brilliant you can watch you tube buy songs on the go and there are going to be some great games that will allow you to tilt the iPod to race and other things

Hi, Go for a Apple ipod touch 32 GB. It has wifi you will be able to connect to the Internet and do lot of things. But it is ridiculously expensive. Next in line will be creative or Archos. both are good in terms of the capacity and the screen size. The later two has more compatibility option.
