Please help! can i wear this indian outfit to an american wedding???

i was invited to my friends american wedding and i am indian

The wedding card said semi-formal and it is at night time.

can i wear this indian outfit (you have to wear the loose flowy pants) will i stick out too much?

is the colors okay?

am i too bright?

I think you should stick to a dress, if thats not against your religion. If so then I think you should wear something less vibrant. Mayb something white, or yellow, with not a lot of print/

Can you tone the color down a bit?  It's a little much.  But other then that it should be okay!

im indian too and i say go for it!! why nott?? ull be unique and all eyes will be on you.. well and the bride and groom lol good luckk!! =] and that churidar is relee cutte =] i hv a punjabi suit like that except its brown and turquoise =]

i would go with lighter colors, or darker... more neutral.. thats going to stick out wayyy too mcuh

No, please don't. It's a nice outfit but it will stick out far too much and draw too much attention. Wear something more simple, such as a regular dress. You can still purchase one that is somewhat similar, but less flashy.
