Please help.cheapest land line in bay area?

hi every one. my income is low. and am tring to get phone line to my home. anybody konw any cheapest phone line that i could get. thanks for your help.

Contact your local AT&T or Qwest, whoever you have in SF.  THe basic line is cheapest.

If you are on any type of assistance like food stamps then there are lower cost service from the local provider.

Here in WA state the lowest landline is $12.50 +taxes that come out to about $20.00 a month.

With tele asis't it is about 16.00
