  1. hey hey hey!!!!!! NEVER brush more than 3 times a day!!!! overbrushing (yes, overbrushing) can quickly wear away the enamel on your teeth, and can actually LEAD to cavities. if you want an extra clean mouth, use mouthwash when you bush, which should be in the morning and the night, and make sure you floss. your bleeding gums could be a sign of gum disease...i recommend avoiding acidic and sugary foods for a while (this include soda, candy, and fruit juices) and i strongly urge you to make an appointment with your dentist as soon as possible. your dentist can check you and properly diagnose your problem.

  2. dont brush too hard!

thatll get rid fo the pain.

make sure you only use a medium or soft tooth brush, and if you use the soft (my personal favourite) it does not mean you have to brush harder!

to prevent gingivitis, which could also cause the pain and bleeding, make sure you floss at least once a day and try using an antibacterial mouthwash like sterisol to get rid of the excess bacteria in your mouth that could be irritating your gums!

    good luck

  3. YOU WILL WEAR AWAY THE DENTIN NOT THE ENAMEL.

you must always use a soft brush and not over brush.

Try using Sensodyne for the sensitivity. BE GENTLE WITH YOURSELF.

  4. your problem is that you r brushing too much. anything over 3 times a day is considered too much. for one u risk fluorosis of your teeth due to taking in too much fluoride from toothpaste. this will leave you with white or brown patches on your teeth if it ever happens to you. Secondly brushing your teeth hard can actually cause cavities due to the abrasion caused by brushing hard. So you will actually be brushing away sound enamel by brushing too hard. If brushing hard can do this to the hardest mineralised tissue in your body think wat it can do to your soft gums. Im not trying to be cheeky or blame you for anything just trying to help u realise what you might be doing wrong. I think your best way to ease the pain is to brush 2-3 times a day for 3 mins each using a slow gentle brushing motion and see if that helps. hope this helps

  5. you need to floss as well as brush use a soft tooth brush and really 3 times a day is all you need.  to ease the pain warm salt water rinse  and Alvera juice are great for mouth pain or sores
