Please help!! easy 10 pointz!!?

Have you ever cried for so long that you get naseaus? I have been crying for like 2 hours and i cant stop and i feel wicked naseaus. please help

What's wrong? Try to fix why you're crying. Not ment to be offensive or anything but maybe a therapist could help?

Concentrate on something else. Pretend or make yourself believe that you aren't crying. Watch TV. Make yourself happier. Drink water.

stop and take a few deep breaths.

think about why you are crying and honestly its probably not worth it. i know its healthy for everyone to feel sad, but stop crying girl:)

okay so just take a deep breath and hold your breath for 10 seconds.

take an advil and have a glass of water, lay down and try to go to sleep. it will help:) good luck girl, and im sorry for whatever you are crying for!

Yep, that has happened to me. I really don't know why but I do know that it is associated with crying for too long.

I don't know what's making you cry, but sometimes crying is good, is a way of letting your feelings out. I would suggest that you try very hard to stop crying at least for while enough to where your stomach feels better. then if you  feel the need to cry again do so until you get tired. Don't keep your feelings inside, if you do, it'll take longer to overcome whatever you are going through.

drink more water so your body can rehydrate lay down and put your legs above the level of your head and swish them back and fourth like a windsheild wiper that should make some of it go away.

Also try to stop crying

and eat something you might be hungry if you have been crying for two hours.
