Please help!!! especially if you are or were a teen :)?

Question

ok so i barely ever get acne. now all of a sudden, i got some on my back!!!!! they arent very noticeable, and you can mostly only see them if you're near me, but they just look like red dots unless you take a closer look, then you can see the little white thingys on top. anyhoo,

how do i get rid of it!!!??

and also while im at it, what is a good product to use to prevent future acne on your face.

Salicylic acid for pimples that look like what you described. (red bumps with white thingys also known as white heads) I believe Neutrogena has a body wash with that ingredient in it. So, get a special back scrubber and use that body wash and it should help. If it does not see a dermatologist. (Try for about 4 weeks before calling) You can try to put some medicine on there too, like clearisil.

To prevent acne on your face, wash daily, moisturize, and use sunblock every day. you should not need special face wash if there isn't any acne on your face. If you have occasional breakouts, maybe you can try a benzoyl peroxide face wash. If the breakouts look like the ones on your back (or are blackheads), then consider a salicylic acid face wash instead.

Neutrogena.  The bar or the face wash.  It seemed to work the best for me on a budget.

get out in the sun! that normally clears mine up...also you dont need fancy products just wash your face everyday with warm water :D

Neutrogena, Cetaphil, ProActiv are best for me.

They're not that expensive but sure of the quality.

I had horrible acne and my doctor gave me some pills that magically got rid of it.  Unfortunately, I had awful mood swings, rage issues, and suicidal depression while I was taking it.  So just a (black)heads up.

I think that is acne. Yup, unless you would like to invest in Proactive or something like that, get an acne facial scrub and spot treatment, like the on the spot acne cream by Neutrogena. Good luck.

try those products from AVON cosmetics they are really FANTASTIC .My face is now wonderful
