Question

my girl arrived in france 5:30 am their time i called her cell and it doesnt work ive tried to her hotel (for 11 hours)and they keep telling me they havent checked in yet ? and call back in two hours.they told me that some americans are staying there . do that mean they are on their tour???? please help me

I would have to guess that she is either still at the airport... I am sure you know what that can be like, or she has gotten a jump start on her touring.  Perhaps the next time you call her hotel, if she hasn&#039;t checked in yet, you could leave a message for her at the front desk.  This could very well just be a language barrier problem.

If you are still concerned after your next call, I would try possibly calling one of her family members.  Instead of freaking them out, just ask them something like the name of her hotel.  They may tell you that they heard from her already or you may find out you have the wrong number.

Probably on the tour.  The got there too early to check in because rooms are not empty until 11 am and then have to be cleaned so they can check in by 2 PM Paris time.  You are just being impatient, she&#039;s fine.  They probably went on a sightseeing tour on a bus and will come back to the hotel later in the afternoon to check everybody in.  You&#039;ll get her then, if she&#039;s in the room.  You should leave a message saying when you will call again so she can be there when you call.

For goodness sake, she&#039;s on holiday.  Paris is a very exciting city, she&#039;ll be looking around and, after arriving early, will want to rest.  Let her have her own time and space and she&#039;ll ring you when she&#039;s ready.  If you keep hassling her like this you&#039;re likely to lose her altogether!
