Please help! fish oil side effect??

ive been soooo tired ever since i started drinking fish oils and i have no energy. what should i do? is sleepiness a side effect of fish oil?

  1. try stopping 4 awhile & C if U feel a difference !


  2. Fish oil is meant to boost your metabolism.  Your drinking it?  A liquid fish oil?  I take 1600 mg of fish oil a day and I don't have any problem with side effects at all.
