Please help girl dancers only?

okay i know you don't wear underwear when you wear tights in dance but what if you have your period? do you wear a tampon or what? please help im new to dance!

wear a tampon with extra absorbancy, and put a thin pad inside your leotard.

We usually just wear a thong && a tampon in your case. So if your on your period ask you dance coach or captains if its ok to wear a thong instead of just going commando. [Thats what my team calls it] Its a lot better.
