Please help guys..if youre into punk, grunge, and/or indie??

Question

so guys, i need your help. I'm making my significant other a mix tape. the problem is, i cant think of the right music to go on it. any suggestions?

I'm into punk, indie rock/pop (stuff like the strokes), and grunge.

I'm thinking it will start out slow and light,

then progress into heavy, but still slow (like grunge)

then gradually get lighter and a bit faster

then add stuff like punk rock- fast, upbeat

lastly an epic song like "she loves you" by the beatles

what do you think? and what songs should i include. please, no rap, hip hop, r&b, country,

punk, indie pop/rock, grunge only
