so its july 11 nd im so nervouse for highschool!
Umm im joing color guard, or im highly thinking about it.
Can anyone give me tips on how to prep myself for this?
Im gonna be a freshman, so i no im gonna be the least experienced!
If anyone who has been in color guard/flags/silks, tell me if you liked it, and if you would recomend it? That be great!
Nd if you didnt like it, what would you recomend?
What exersizes do you guys who do like it recomend i do to prepair myself for it.
AAND on a scale of 1-10 how hard was it? Like indurance? What kind of exersizes should i expect?
