Please help! (hurricanes)?

Question

ok so i need to make a graph on past hurricanes!

but the problem is i cant find hurricanes that happened

from 1997-2007. please help me and give me where you found it.

also can you tell me the year and the names like this example

1966:

george

bob

bill

or you can just tell me how many there where each year

easy 2 points! and best answer gets 10

Try the links below from the National Hurricane Center.

The first one for the past hurricane season activity reports (the top most drop downs), use the drop down menus under Atlantic, or Pacific, whichever you are interested to see each year.

The second one is hurricane names.  The names go in 6 year cycles.  But occasionally storm names get retired if they were really notable storms.  Like Katrina won't appear again in the Atlantic list.  With the 6 year cycle, the names for 2008 will be the same as the ones for 2014, except for any names that get retired.  The World Meteorological Organization makes up new names to replace the retired ones after they happen.
