Please help i'm at a loss?

i'm a 16 year old girl i never eat fast food, candy , drink soda or even eat red meat. i'm 5"7 and i weigh 160 pounds on a good day and have a medium build i don't really have time to exercise i have piano lessons, go to school and have a job on the side. i took up track last year but in about a month after i would stop running i would get intense pains even if i only ran for a second so i'm at a loss please help

  2. If your trying to lose weight then here's the thing. Maybe try walking before school also if you do gym at school use it to your full benefit. Work hard playing soccer or walking around the track. You have to be in that class and your getting a grade so you can exercise at school and not worry about doing it at home. Also on the weekends try to exercise but not too much or your muscle will be in pain. Also try eating between 1200-1500 calories. No less than 1200 or you will gain and no more than 1500 or you will gain. Good luck to you!
