FYI: I SAID GUYS ONLY BECAUSE THEY KNOW ALOT ABOUT MUSCLE ENHANCEMENT

I need to gain some muscle before school starts help! or at least some fat on my thighs

if i run a mile everyday will it make my thighs muscular which will make them appear thicker or will i lose some of the weight on my thighs?

PS. I WOULD LIKE SOME SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO DO. THANX

  1. Running will not make them gain more mass.A proper high calorie diet and nautilus machines to isolate each muscle you are trying to build.More weight less reps to gain size(for the boys).More reps less weight to avoid enlarging the muscle(for us girls)is usually the case,but for you the opp..Good Luck!
