FYI: I SAID GUYS ONLY BECAUSE THEY KNOW ALOT ABOUT MUSCLE ENHANCEMENTI need to gain some muscle before school starts help! or at least some fat on my thighsif i run a mile everyday will it make my thighs muscular which will make them appear thicker or will i lose some of the weight on my thighs?PS. I WOULD LIKE SOME SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO DO. THANX
