Please help i can't get answers!?

Hey i need to go to get an echocardiagram on my heart but im too scared of taking my top of and bra (im 13 years old) I was wondering if theres anything else i could have instead of that, i don't have to have the echo its only because of my dads heart problems its advised so ye is there an alternative where i don't have to take my top and bra off? thanks x

You can just tell them to stick it under there without taking it off. Usually they can if it's not too tight. Either way, don't be embarrassed or nervous, they have seen everything and don't even think twice about what they see after doing it so often, trust me. Besides, you'll feel better when you get it done. Good luck!

Girl... don't sweat the small stuff. An ECG is not a real big deal, and more likely than not, it will be done by a female tech. Relax, this won't be one of the major obstacles in the rest of your life, merely a bump in the road.

hey wont you try something diffrent bra. that might help u could alwayd get a sport bra that would probbly help as well

the doctor isnt going to think anything of you and surely taking your top off is worth finding the results out?

Try not to worry so about it. I had one recently and not only was it done by a woman but I had a front opening hospital gown on and she moved the wand thing around underneath the gown flap so I maintained my privacy. I'm sure they'll be considerate of a young girl like you, especially!

its sorta wat u gotta do. u shouldnt be scared of taking ur bra off becuz that doctor has probly seen MANY MANY b***s!! lol urs wont make a difference i swear! lolz
