  1. Right now I know you think life is not fare.  The life you knew is no more and a new life begins.   Divorce has never killed anyone but have made some people stronger and happier.

Your parents and grandparents were not happy living together or they would not have gotten a divorce.  That does not mean that they love you less for you had nothing to do with their decision to get a divorce.  They still love you the same.

Since they do love you the same, it's best that you do not take sides but continue to love them both.

It's sad but divorce happens in a lot of families with children.  Parents don't realize how much they are huring their children and they don't ask the children's permissiion to divorce.

Your parents and grandparents think they will be happier living apart so you have to honor their decision.

    Blessings

  2. You are experiencing pain beyond what a 13 year old should ever have to know.  Your young life just hasn't prepared you to handle this level of pain, No one should have to go through what you are living right now every day.

And you're doing the right thing: you're looking for help, reaching out to others to walk with you through this awful time.  But online help is only temporary.  You need to find some real people you can rely on and entrust with your feelings.  If there is another family member who can listen to you that would be a place to start.  Also your school counselor or Vice Principal would be a good person to talk with.  really!  Right now you need someone solid, encouraging, someone who can be there to listen and support you. to comfort and console you.  Right now life hurts, and you need other people who will honor your cries for help.  Keep looking because we're out here and we want to help.  You are a valuable person who is going through a hellish time right now.  Things will get better. Maybe not right away, but find that someone who you can walk and work with and things will begin to improve.

Try writing out your feelings, like a blog, or in a journal.  Try thinking of images that express what your feeling and then paint or draw them.  Get in touch with your own creativity (and that doesn't mean you have to become an artist--we all have our own creativity) and let it help you. Fold origami cranes outta beautiful paper.  Gather old dried leaves and create a pile and jump into it with all your anger and hurt and feel the satisfying crunch.  Keep finding ways to express what you're feeling--don't let it stay bottled up inside.  Keep on crying when it's overwhelming!

And know that you are not alone.

  3. Toughen up.

  4. You need to talk to someone about all of this. Do you have an aunt, uncle or any other adult you could talk to?

  5. sweet heart life is so presise savor every moment of it. ur just stuck in a hard moment u will get through it.

  6. Im sorry you feel like your life is falling apart. but just breath and try to be positive. Even when you think your life is falling apart something better may be in progress. That sounds kinda...ehh but everything happens for a reason..

and remember with every bad thing something good follows

    Hope everything works out :]

  7. I would just get something to take your mind off of it.

I've really taken up in writing and that is a good way to not think about whats going on around you.

Listening to music really loud, also helps.

    :]
