Please help i really need help?

Question

my arm is hurting lately after baseball season like today when i was singing i got really into it and like made a fist u know kinda like nick jonas when hes really in it (no comments about him or his bros please) and i kinda did it really quick as if i was flexing but farther so my forearm and upper arm are tocuhing and my arm really hurt and now that i do it when i do it slow it does the same and its weird, it hurts right where my elbow is but on the inside and im really worried these are reasons why:

ive been traveling lately and when im rolling my luggage through the airport my arm will suddenly kinda get this pain shot down my arm and i have to stop and switch arms it also happens when im carrying heavy things but not even like REALLY HEAVY just like 5 or 10 pounds.

this season in baseball was very hard on my arm...i was the catcher 98 percent of the time and the other 2 percent i was pitching but only because i had to because a kid on my team hurt his elbow pitching and i was forced to which made it worse but i didnt say anything. my arm has always hurt at baseball but never like it has this year sometimes i would have to stop warming up because it hurt to bad. the throwing to second base really got to my arm i guess and it didnt help i pitched about 2 inning every couple games (i know not that much but im not made like that) im quitting catching because my arm and knees cant take it anymore (dont worry bout my knees) and i dont wanna have surgery like the kid on my team

i just joined a band and i play guitar and when i strum my arm goes all the way up (i know its wrong but it works for me) so that my arm is bend all the way and i will be playing more since im in a band and it cant be hurting

(dont ask for band profile we have no songs but heres our name: upon the arrival) i didnt make it up

ok so back to my arm

i think i covered it but i will post more if i think of any so keep checking in and update your answers please

so question in a nutshell: should i got o the doctor for the above things

my arm is kinda tingling not alot but its kinda a toned down version of when your arms and leg falls asleep and its kind ofstarting to hurt and randomly shoot pain down my arm and is beginning to go to my fingers mostly my thumb.

you might have pulled sprained or torn the muscle or tendon ice it and if you have to use it wrap it with a tensor bandage which should help with pain if it is swollen take ibuprofen (advil) which should help the swelling if that doesn'tot work try a tennis elbow bandage which is like a tensor but is made to go below the elbow tennis elbow is caused by repetitive motion like throwing a baseball and the arm pump probably just aggrevated it but your best bet is to get it checked out by a doctor

I had this happen to me but I'm a wrestler my ended up being carpal tunnel you will need to see a orthopedic specialist my middle finger and thumb would go numb
