Please help i think i have damaged my eyes?

i was outside and i looked at the sun for a wile and everything has been blory for about 20 mins i can stills see big things but me eyes r still painful can it be temporary is there anything i can do to help it?

I would  call the doctor and explain to him what you are seeing. I was just reading how much the sun can damage your eyes.

i ruined my eyes too. .i stole frylocks lazer contact lenses. i know a good plastic eye surgeon runs his business out of  van.

Relax your eyes by shutting them, or by looking at some plants and trees. Go see an eye doctor. Be prepared to explain yourself thoroughly and clearly. Then be prepared to be on the receiving end of odd looks and lectures about eye safety. Once you (hopefully) recover, never, ever look directly at the sun for more than 0.5 seconds, even if it's an eclipse, and the moon is covering it, so you think it's safe (it's not), or even if you are wearing sunglasses. If you ever feel the urge to study the sun, look up some pictures on the internet. The damage (if any) from your computer screen is nothing in comparison to that from the sun.

omg why did yu stare at the sun so long that was idiodic to do. You never know you could have done serious damage too your eyes or it might just be temporary.
