Please help? ideas for birthday outfit easy 10 points?

its sort of a tradition with my friends that we go out for dinner all together and the birthday girl gets to choose a theme on what everyone has to wear (ex. all dresses & heels, 80s', like a band, ect) my birthdays coming up soon so i decided the hard rock cafe & everyone has to dress something like the veronicas, demi lovato or the jonas brothers because they're my favorite bands/singers. i already dress sort of similar to them but being my birthday i want to have the perfect outfit. haha so if anyone has an good outfit, shoes, hair, makeup, ect idea or links it would help alot.

wear coloured skinny pants, scarves with your shirts and a messy hairstyle. Also, for makeup, black eyeliner and mascara.

dress in the same style except really bright colors like pink skinny jeans and other bright colors and have everyone els were like black and gray  that way u will stand out on your birthday
